8.1 Describe how your product or service will be made, and identify the problems that may occur in the production process.

Service Process:

Company ordered cement from the quarry or factory. Cement will order around 2 times for a month and also depends on the stock of cement. The order will be made when this stock less than 50%. The process of delivery is depending on the request’s user. Company will provide lorry to delivery process or user can take by own self.
