Service Process:

Company ordered cement from the quarry or factory. Cement will order around 2 times for a month and also depends on the stock of cement. The order will be made when this stock less than 50%. The process of delivery is depending on the request’s user. Company will provide lorry to delivery process or user can take by own self.

We have join Cement and Concrete Association (C&CA) of Malaysia. By joining C&CA, we can:

§ Work with the Government in the formulation of policies for the development of the cement industry.
§ Serve as a channel of communication with the Government and relevant organizations.
§ Monitor and analyse issues pertaining to the industry's development and resolve problems faced.
§ Conduct research and training programmes to improve manufacturing processes, cement standards and develop human resources.
§ Promote cement and concrete usage.
§ Establish links with cement related organisations nationally and internationally to foster information exchange and closer economic cooperation.
§ Originate and publish literature and information on subjects related to cement and concrete.

To comply with the laws and regulations, we had achieved 4 International Organization for Standardization (ISO) which is:

§ ISO 9002 – Quality assurance in production of products or services and installation and servicing.
§ ISO 14001 – Environment Management System.
§ OHSAS 18001 – Occupational health and safety information, guidance and resources to support this standard.

8.4 Explain the quality control measures that you've set up or are going to establish.

To ensure the quality of our workers, we propose to do several parts:

Time – when arrive to work, we propose punch card system to make sure our workers are punctual. It will be re-installed in each month. This is also for Financial Department to calculate salary monthly.

Attire – Every workers in the Operation Department will wear the company t-shirt. While the Admin Department wears professional attire. This is to ensure tidiness and sorting the workers by attire.





Stages of Operation:
There are three stages that we are very concern in our business to ensure our service is running smoothly. The good quality control for every stage is important to avoid any problems that may occur during the services. Meanwhile, we ensure that our product is in good quality and satisfied our customer requirement.

Head Office:
Our head office is located in Semambu with a functions are to take full responsibility for the overall success of the corporation, corporate structure and cover different corporate functions such as strategic planning, corporate communications, tax, legal, marketing, finance, HR, and IT includes leader of business unit and our staff as well as all functions to manage the business unit and operational activities.
